Meet Justine
Hi, I’m Justine, and I’d love to personally invite you to The Leaders Table.
As a mum, leader, and someone with more than 25 years of experience across executive leadership, HR, governance, and operations, I know how challenging it can be to navigate the demands of a career while also being there for the people who matter most.
I’ve spent years working with leaders and organisations, but I also know what it feels like personally to carry the expectations of work, family, and leadership all at once.
That’s why I created the Connected Leadership Model: to help leaders build trust, clarity, accountability, and stronger teams, without feeling like they have to carry everything themselves.
This evening is especially for senior female leaders who want to grow their impact while creating a more sustainable way to lead and live.
I’d love to share what I’ve learned, hear your experiences, and have a meaningful conversation about what leadership can look like when you don’t have to do it all alone.
I hope you’ll join me.

On the night
An evening in Canberra designed to feel like a good dinner with sharp people, not a conference with better catering.
A seated dinner, not a ballroom
A small group of senior female leaders around one table, usually 6 to 14 people, never a room of a hundred.
Facilitated personally by Justine
No hired MC, no hand-off to junior staff. Justine leads every conversation herself, in the room, with you.
Honest conversation, not a highlight reel
We talk about what leadership actually feels like, the parts that don’t make it onto LinkedIn.
Practical shifts, not just inspiration
You’ll leave with language and tools for your team, not just a nice evening out.
A confidential table
What’s said over dinner stays there. That’s what makes the honesty possible.
Testimonials
Come as you are tired, ambitious, sceptical, all of it. Leave with a clearer sense of what leadership can look like when you’re not carrying it alone.
