Why I created Connected Leadership
Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Organisations invested heavily in strategy, systems and technical capability, yet many leaders still struggled to build trust, create ownership and lead through others.
The challenge wasn’t capability.
It was connection.
Connected Leadership grew from that insight.
It’s a practical leadership framework that helps leaders intentionally strengthen relationships and create the conditions where people, teams and organisations perform at their best more often.

My leadership philosophy wasn’t developed in a classroom.
It has been shaped through leading during uncertainty, navigating personal challenges, becoming a solo mum, and learning that resilience comes from being both strong and kind.
Those experiences reinforced what I’ve always believed.

I’ve spent my career applying these ideas in real organisations with leaders facing real challenges, helping them strengthen relationships, develop leadership capability and achieve better organisational outcomes.
Beyond the work
Building Stronger Communities and Better Leaders
I’m based on Australia’s beautiful South East Coast, where I balance my leadership work with raising my son, Nash, and contributing to the community I call home.
I serve as Chair of Community Bank South Coast and represent New South Wales on the Bendigo Community Bank National Council because I believe leadership extends beyond the workplace.
